We are installing a new service “Cargo replacement”. For an additional 100 mkd fee you can replace/send back and receive a new cargo for any shipment you have already send. This service is valid only for cargo that is NOT more than 10 kg in weight. For the same, it is understood that you are giving a consent to the courier to check the content of the cargo when you are sending the replacement or taking in the original cargo. If it is the same cargo (ex. shirt, shoes etc) the courier gives you your replacement and picks up the old cargo. From us you receive information for witch delivery you are doing the replacement.

This service is very useful when you do online shopping of stuff like cloths, shoes or similar where there is a chance to get the wrong sizes or models.
