Additional Services

 “PPD” – Cargo with return document – we offer to our clients a return document with the delivered cargo for additional price of 50 mkd plus VAT. The return document can be our waybill which has all the information about the Receiver of the shipment including his signature given upon services rendered. It can also be your invoice or any other conformation of delivery from the Receiver. The price includes transport of the return document to our Base that is nearest to you or if you are our loyal client to your address.

“RP” – Exchange of shipment – we offer exchange of shipment, the first one is transported at regular price and the second one, given by the Receiver of the first shipment, if it is not heavier than 10kg can be send to you, the original Sender for the price of only 100mkd VAT included.

 “VP” – Valued shipment – For the price of 0.5% of the self-declared value of the cargo by the Sender, we agree to take special care of the said cargo. We take on the obligation of full refund of the declared value in cases of damage of lost. Upper limit of this service is 100.000 mkd. (For example, if we have to transport a shipment with self-declared value of 100.000 mkd you can pay additional 500 mkd for special care.) For more information, read the Term and Conditions Page.

“PP” – Priority Delivery – can be done no later then 16:00 or earlier then 10:00. The price is 100 mkd VAT included. Precise delivery means 30 mins +/- from the desired time of delivery. The service is valid for the next regions: Skopje, Kumanovo, Sveti Nikole, Stip, Kocani, Veles, Vinica, Strumica, Radovis, Valandovo, Gevgelija, Negotino, Kavadarci, Bitola, Ohrid, Struga, Kicevo, Tetovo, Gostivar, Prilep and Bogdanci.

“KSK” – Buying via courier – We offer the possibility of buying with a courier. You give your money and instructions to our courier and pay additional 100 mkd VAT included for the services. Upon arrival of your merchandise you pay additional 1% of the amount spent for transporting fees. The time for arrival is 2 working days if the two locations are in the same delivery zone.

“FCD” – Fixed hour of delivery This is a service for delivering documents or similar shipments with fixed hour of delivery, with the toleration of 5 min +/-. This service can be used for the delivery of documents for a tender application. The price for this services is additional 300 mkd on the regular transporting fees. This services is only availiable for addresses in zones 1A and 1B. We take the responisibilite of missing a deadline, and in such cases we rufund you 10 times the value of the service, or 5.000 mkd.  This services can be used in the time period of 10:00 until 16:00. This services is provided in this regions: Skopje, Kumanovo, Sveti Nikole, Stip, Kocani, Veles, Vinica, Strumica, Radovis, Valandovo, Gevgelija, Negotino, Kavadarci, Bitola, Ohrid, Struga, Kicevo, Tetovo, Gostivar, Prilep and Bogdanci.

“OPP” – Open before paying free service from us in which the Sender allows the Receiver to look at the content before paying for it. In cases when the Receiver pays for the delivery costs, first he must pay for the cost of transport before opening the cargo. This service should be used in respect for the time.

“TPP” – Test before paying – this service is 50 mkd, and it allows the receiver to open the cargo in front of the courier, the check and test its content before paying for the merchandise. If the Receiver must pay for the transport costs, first he must do so before testing the content. This service can be used in amount of 10 mins.
